Every pool problem has a cause—but customers only describe the symptoms.
If you guess, you miss it. If you diagnose, you solve it.

This exercise puts you in real customer scenarios where your questions determine the outcome.

Your Goal:

Ask the right questions to uncover the real cause before recommending anything.

▶️ How to Play:

  • Read the customer’s problem
  • Choose your response
  • Watch how the customer reacts
  • Look for clues (system, behavior, changes)
  • Continue until you identify the root cause

Win Condition:

  • Ask at least 3 diagnostic questions
  • Identify the correct root cause

Remember: Diagnose first. Solve second.
